oh the irony.

i could wear six hats couldn't i? i've been offered ANOTHER part time position. the guy at church who does all of the custodial work is being forced to quit. he found out that he has cancer and he has no health care. in order to get health care he has to quit his jobs b/c they are claiming he makes too much money, which is ironic since the reason he doesn't pay for health care now is b/c he doesn't make enough money. so he's been putting off treatment for weeks now fighting with the health care system trying to get some help b/c he cannot afford to pay for the treatment. and thus he has to quit his job in order to qualify for health care. i get so mad when i think about this. but i'll get back to the topic at hand.

yesterday i write that i want ONE job and now i have three with the opportunity for three more. argh. so let's say that all of these job opportunities worked out. that would sure make for great small talk when meeting new people. "so what do you do?" "well, i'm a sales associate, administrative assistant, dogwalker, babysitter, personal care assistant, and custodian." of course my favorite response from people who hear that i work so many jobs is "wow, you must be rich". aha. ahahahaha. ahahahahahahahaha. do you seriously think i'd be contemplating 6 jobs b/c i thought i was going to get rich?

also, just so you know today i bought some super glue. all appendages of nativity participants have been returned to their rightful owners.

Yay! I love your blog! I'm so glad to finally know where it is. I'm a big fan of the purple, too. Sorry to see you working so many different random things to pay the rent. But think if you were in a boring 9-5 office job, how few dogs and babies you'd get to see all week. :)
