Also, today I got to call 911 4 times. An 88 year old woman fell and possibly fractured her cheekbone outside the store. It took over an hour for paramedics to respond. I had to keep calling to say 1. a woman has fallen, has some cuts, and needs medical attention 2. no one has responded. a trauma nurse is on scene and is requesting paramedics NOW. the woman has a headache, swelling of her face, and a possible fracture. 3. still no one has responded. the woman is 88 years old she has a possibly face fracture and is now experiencing abdominal pain. 4. so are you sending someone out? the woman has severe swelling, a trauma nurse is requesting that she receive treatment.

i'll be calling this customer tomorrow to check on her. poor woman. she told us there was no one to call to notify of her injuries, she lives alone. and she kept apologizing for being an inconvience.
