where have i been for the past month? i'm not too sure. i'm going to assume that my lack of blogging is entirely related to my lack of cleaning my room for the past month. i feel so disorganized lately. i'm not even sure why. life was supposed to get less hectic when i got a new job. instead i feel more rushed and more disorganized. go figure. i have decided that i absolutely must clean and sort my entire room. i already have a big box of stuff to send to a thrift store, but i need to go through stuff again. remember when i got rid of the kung fu hamster a few months ago? incidentally he's still yours for the taking if for some reason your life is not complete without a singing, nun chuck wielding rodent, because the box of crap he is sitting in is still at the end of my bed next to my broken tv from college. don't judge me for living in filth. haha. at least it's all boxed up neatly. anyway i'm supposed to be starting the perspectives class soon and i'm hoping to start community bible study again. i need to go make a schedule for myself or i'm going to be consistently disorganized before i even start. i'm not going back to school this fall but i'm going to attempt to adopt a "back-to-school" mindset and hopefully become more organized as a result.
speaking of fall i saw at wal-mart a clear glass cookie jar shaped like a pumpkin. i was sooooooo tempted. it is much too soon to go into fantastic fall mode. i can't help it though. i do confess that i couldn't stop myself from buying the m&m's dark chocolate autumn mix the other day. i've been eyeing the mums at the grocery store too. i vowed that i would not buy them until they were less than $4 each. i got them early last year and saved a lot of money. i was hoping to wait until at least september before i got them. however yesterday i found them for $2.33 per each 6" potted mum and i cracked. there are now six on my front porch awaiting transplanting. and so it begins....fall mania. i won't go so far as to call fall my favorite since i anticpate each season equally. i will call it my favorite favorite.

I too have been scant on the blog postings! I blame hot and sweaty August. But I think I'm returning to it soon. I miss you! We'll have to get together soon. And did you find those cheap mums at Geagle? I want some for my new fire escape secret treehouse entrance!! (P.S. Come see my new apartment sometime, as soon I get shelves up, which I have to pick up at JCPenney sometime at Pittsburgh Mills...after that the place will be lovely.)
