when i left the house this morning it was barely snowing. by the time i had walked around the corner the sidewalk was already covered. it wasn't so much snowing as it was pelting snow chunks the size of coarse-grained sea salt. the cool part was when a bolt of purple lightening zig-zagged across the sky accompanied by a crack of thunder. i wish i had my camera with me then. phooey. that's all i've got for today. i'm boring.
oh but wait. i managed to wipe out on the ice yesterday outside the church. i was walking to the bus and had to stop to pick up my keys from david. he gave his to someone else and keeps borrowing my office key. anyhoo of course just as he turns around and sees me walking toward him to get the key, i slip on the ice and land in a puddle. i got a bloody/bruised knee out of the deal too. awesome.
