shamrock shakes!

i walked into my office at the church today to find that my desk had been buffed into a high gloss shine. i think possibly the new custodian mistakenly thought that my desk was made of actual wood instead of laminate and used some wood polish on it i had to wipe it down because it was quite slick and shiny and was making all of the papers greasy. i also noted that the church kitchen is sporting a new nascar coffee pot, racing stripes included. awesome. when i mentioned this to the pastor he just cringed.

my interview is tomorrow! all of a sudden i'm a little bit nervous. i need to iron my pants and write down my references....er....type and print out my references. and plan my bus route. i hope this goes well, i've had enough of corporate sales hell. we had a meeting on sunday morning (during church, grrr) all about pushing store credit card applications. wahoo. this is the meeting that was scheduled for the weekend of jubilee, that they informed me the day before it was to take place that it was canceled. the same meeting that my boss tried to convince me to bring along the infant that i was helping babysit that weekend when she heard that i was already busy that morning. oy vey. anyway i guess that is all except need i remind you that it's shamrock shake season?? go get one now!
